Supporting Leaders Through The Pandemic
We designed a series of online workshops for Senior Leadership teams called REFLECT, RESTORE and RESET with the purpose to assist leaders to step up onto the ‘balcony’ to develop a strategic plan to tackle challenges ahead by uniting, consolidating and supporting each other to prosper, to lead through change and begin the journey to thrive.
The workshops helped senior leadership teams build a road map of psychological safety, foster an inclusive, engaged and human response and approach to the pandemic. These teams reaped the benefits of having challenging, confronting yet constructive conversations, expertly facilitated in a sensitive, robust and timely manner by Wellbeing Face coaches.
Social Impact Testimonials
I really enjoyed working with Simi recently, when she and Jeff Matthews approached us with an opportunity for our Senior Management Team to reflecting on our response to the pandemic, how we worked together and what we can take forward to support our future work. Simi is engaging, very experienced in her field and clearly very passionate about all things people and specifically development. She asks probing questions and encourages reflection. Our session was facilitated through Zoom, with the use of breakout rooms and the Mural app, in place of the more traditional post-it notes and whiteboard that you'd have in a physical setting. It all worked really well and we all felt entirely immersed. I'd really appreciate the opportunity to work with Simi in the future and have no hesitation in giving her a recommendation.

Covid-19 has been a challenging time for everyone and particularly for Hospices. I’m proud that Primrose Hospice has played its part during the recent pandemic continuing to support our community in new and innovative ways.
As we emerge, battle weary, from the initial months of Covid, we have learned many things and are continuing to adapt in an uncertain environment.
Primrose Hospice has been receiving expert support from Jeff Matthews from the Maddison Group and Simi Rayat, from Wellbeing Face to support the senior management team to collectively move forward following the challenges of the Covid-19 outbreak.
Using the Zoom platform to deliver bespoke workshops, Simi and Jeff have been coaching and stimulating the team to build on recent events reviewing changes to date and the response during lockdown to determine what aspects of services we should Start, Stop or continue. The experience has helped the team to appreciate the “silver linings” of the outbreak and recognise the positive impact of Covid being a catalyst for change and compelling innovation. The combined expertise of Simi and Jeff has been instrumental in delivering a programme that has reinvigorated and refocussed this leadership team to take the next step as we plan for the “new normal”. Their considered and challenging approach built on a wealth of coaching and leadership experience has facilitated Primrose Hospice to look bravely but cautiously to the next stage of this journey, building on the best of the past but more aware of the opportunities of the future. I would commend Simi and Jeff for recognising the need for this support for organisations and delivering a valuable, focused program that is supporting Primrose Hospice to re-imagine its services for the future. Thank you to you both.
